Your tasks
  • Support with rental and condominium management (e.g. utility bills, maintenance of tenant and owner data)
  • Telephone and written communication with customers and service providers
  • Assistance with bookkeeping (monitoring payment transactions, sorting receipts)
  • Accompanying property inspections and coordinating external service providers
  • Use of digital tools and AI for process optimization
