2015

With the founding of GWB Services GmbH on the historic Niederberg site in Neukirchen-Vluyn, we laid the foundation stone for our current company as a property developer.

A strategic reorientation led to the change of name - from then on, we provided our customers with a comprehensive service as property managers and real estate agents.

2017

Foundation of GwB Services in the heart of Moers, - Started with just a desk and no clients, started as a property developer

2018

The move to a larger office on Feldstrasse in Moers opened up new opportunities, provided additional space for our growing team and expanded our range of services.

As a newly recognized training company, we took responsibility for the next generation and invested in the qualifications of future real estate experts.

2019

The takeover and merger with the long-established H. Ringel GmbH, which has been on the market for 25 years, strengthened our portfolio and consolidated our position as a regional industry expert.
